Job Description

Roles and responsibilities-

• Led and manage recruiters to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the team of recruiters to improve their performance
• Continuously improve the recruitment process by seeking out and implementing new recruiting tools and technologies
• Create and maintain recruitment metrics to measure and report on performance
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment status and progress.
