Overview IT Sr Analyst / Sr Manager RTR Revenue and Cost Accounting Specialist will be part of the PGT Solution Design Team being setup under D&D function in Tech Hub at Hyderabad. This role supports the implementation and deployment of the Record to Report (RTR) area of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) for Revenue and Cost Accounting processes. The objective of this role is to ensure that the Global Template solution supports the SAP S/4 Revenue and Cost Accounting processes for PepsiCos. The role collaborates in standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system confirms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business. This role augments the capability within D&D function to deploy the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) in agile manner to multiple markets. Responsibilities Work with RTR Solution Lead in Hub to partner with Global Process Lead in various Revenue and Cost Accounting: Overhead Cost Accounting, Allocations. Standard Cost Calculation, Actual Cost Calculations (ML), Profitability and Cost Analysis, Transfer Price, Plant period end closing and Accounting Master Data Work with extended partner team in reviewing all Configuration Requests and Change requests within sprint. Support decision-making for Revenue and Cost Accounting sub areas for any localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable Ideate with RTR Solution Lead, Global Process Leads and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template Consult/Execute Partner with the MTD and OTC teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution Consult / Execute Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities Consult / Execute Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors Consult / Execute Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global S/4 solution leveraging agile methodology Consult / Execute Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against Consult / Execute Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies Consult / Execute Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (see www.agilemanifesto.org): AAdopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste Fofaster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged HHelp to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams. Qualifications Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance. 5-8 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Revenue and Cost Accounting: Overhead Cost Accounting, Allocations, Standard Cost Calculation, Actual Cost Calculations (ML), Profitability and Cost Analysis, Transfer Price, Plant period end closing and Accounting Master Data Minimum one E2E SAP S/4 Hana green field /brownfield implementation experience is a must, preferably for a CPG organization, with hands-on consulting experience around Revenue and Cost Accounting: Overhead Cost Accounting, Allocations, Standard Cost Calculation, Actual Cost Calculations (ML), Profitability and Cost Analysis, Transfer Price, Plant period end closing and Accounting Master Data EDI /ALE Interface design experience and should have worked on WRICEFS. Should have done extensive work on Record to Report integration with other modules like materials management, MTD and OTC etc. In addition, integration with external systems like Concur, Blackline and Ariba is preferred. Should have experience with other RTR sub-modules: GL, Bank, Tax, AP, AR, PS and Assets. Excellent client facing skills required to manage key stakeholders. Onsite SAP implementation experience is a must. Strong problem solving and teamwork skills. Knowledge of debugging, batch job monitoring and Idoc processing Able to work with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+, MS VSTS, Quality Center and MS Project Able to ideate thorough a highly complex problems within their work team Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at project / program level in the organization and across departments Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute), including but not limited to Levels of Listening Conflict ResolutioRoot Cause facilitation Training techniques
