Job Description

Our client is a leading IT Service provider looking to hire Head of Finance and Accounting Operations. Responsible for: Managing, supervising and providing guidance to employees within the Finance and Accounting Department Planning, controlling and implementing the annual budgeting process Supervising the preparation of profit and cash flow forecasts, analyses and reports Supervising the preparation of quarterly management and year-end accounts Preparing monthly / quarterly management reports and accounts ensuring they are produced on a timely basis Coordinating between the different sections within the Department to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines Generating financial reports Analyzing financial discrepancies and recommending effective solutions Monitoring expenditures, analyzing revenues and determining budget variances Assisting in auditing activities by providing the necessary information Ensuring that all necessary documents are always. requested, collected and compiled in a timely manner Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring compliance with the Orders policies and procedures Maintaining compliance with all international and local regulations Ensuring all accounting tasks and transactions are completed in a timely manner Desired Profile: - CA with 15 - 18 years of experience Must have extensive experience in handling statutory compliance / AP / AR / payroll / Reporting and Audit function
