Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Proactively engage with customers to address concerns and gather feedback.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Educate customers on product features and updates.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and implement
improvement strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
