About Job Responsibilities: Calculating, posting business transactions, invoice processing, verifying financial data for use in maintaining records. Clarifying questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures. Obtaining proper information and data regarding invoice payments. Verifying and calculating all. extensions and totals on invoices. Checking vendor files for any previous payments and assigning voucher numbers. Maintaining copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files. Preparing vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures. Reconciling bank statements. Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment Proficient in Accounts Payable & Receivable with good working knowledge of GST, Service tax, TDS. Managing Bills Payables What Makes You A Great Fit : 4+ years of prior experience in accounts payable Experience with accounting software and online platforms Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping Candidates must have experience of maintaining accounts in Tally for companies and would be discharging duties
