Job Summary:
We are seeking a Team Leader for our Business Intelligence
Unit to lead and manage a team of analysts responsible for
data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal
candidate should have a strong background in MIS && Advance
Excel formulas, data analytics, Power Point Presentations and
team leadership. You will play a crucial role in driving data-
driven decision-making processes and ensuring the effective
utilization of business intelligence tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Lead and manage a team of MIS, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance their performance and professional development. 
•   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements. 
•   Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations for the organization. 
•  Design and maintain robust reporting systems and dashboards that provide real-time business performance insights. 
•  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of various business initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement. 
•  Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data quality and consistency across the organization. 
•  Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in MIS and data analytics. 
•  Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
