About Position:
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the .Net environment. Strong knowledge of the .Net framework, including .Net Core, Web API. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React. Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.

What You'll Do:
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create detailed project schedules and work plans, tracking project performance and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects. Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of .Net applications and services.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including system architectures, code reviews, and testing plans.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into project plans. Quality Assurance
- Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Implement automated testing procedures and continuous integration processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success, including potential technical challenges and resource constraints.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the .Net environment.
- Strong knowledge of the .Net framework, including .Net Core, Web API
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React.
- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus."
