Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager - Personal Loans role located in Jodhpur. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating business for the Personal Loan product by creating and managing a strong distribution network of direct selling agents and financial intermediaries, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving the sales targets set by the. organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Personal Loans or financial services Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software Willingness to travel locally and work in a fast-paced environment
