Engage with all stake holders (Design, Manufacturing, Measurement, etc) to ensure correctness of boundary conditions and modelling of appropriate physics.
Responsible for regular updates regarding task status and timeline.
Responsible for the quality of results generated.
4-8 years experience on FE Analysis with pre-processing, solving and post processing ability related to IC engines.
Expert knowledge of at least one commercial FE tool (Ansys Mechanical, Abaqus, etc.)
Perform simulation to understand and analyze mechanical behavior of engine components, tools or systems for fatigue assessment, deformation, stress distribution, thermal behavior, etc.
Optimize design based on analysis results and conduct method studies
