Customer Service Advisor | Domestic Voice Process

Role & responsibilities:-
Handling the customer queries over inbound calls
Resolving customer queries and concerns over time
Assisting customer if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it
Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company

Preferred candidate profile:-
Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
Freshers/ exp. both can apply
Excellent communication skills
Immediate Joining is preferred
Should be comfortable Work from office
