Company Description OCS Group India Pvt LTD is a UK based MNC serving in facility management sector for more than 120 years across the globe and almost 23 years in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining electrical control systems and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. The Electrical Engineer will also work closely with other engineers to implement electrical systems to support manufacturing, testing or research activities, and will provide technical support to operations as needed. Salary - CTC up to 5 lakh per annum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, control systems design, or related field Knowledge of electrical. circuit design, PLC programming and automation systems Experience with Data Center will be an added Advantage Understanding of electrical codes, standards, regulations and safety requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and manage multiple projects Experience with project management and leadership is a plus Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus
