Job Description
RTH - Y Total Yrs of Exp - 5+Yrs Relev Yrs of Exp - 4+ Yrs Mandatory Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. Proven track record of developing and implementing integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion. Experience in project management or workflow optimization is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workfront Fusion, including creating custom scenarios, managing APIs, and handling complex workflows. Familiarity with REST APIs andscripting for integration development. Strong understanding of project management processes and tools. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance considerations. Detailed 1. Integration Development and Automation: o Design, build, and maintain integrations between Adobe Workfront and other enterprise systems using Workfront Fusion. o Develop advanced automations and workflows to streamline processes and eliminate manual tasks. o Ensure integrations are scalable,efficient, and aligned with business requirements. 2. Solution Design and Implementation: o Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. o Customize Workfront and Fusion configurations to align with organizational workflows and reporting needs. o Implement Workfront Fusion solutions that enhance collaboration, visibility, and data flow across teams. 3. Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting: o Provide advanced technical support for Workfront Fusion integrations and workflows, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly. o Optimize existing configurations for improved performance and reliability. o Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations and integrations. 4. Advisory and Best Practices: o Act as a subject matter expert on Adobe Workfront Fusion, advising on best practices and strategic improvements. o Provide recommendations on how to optimize Workfront for project management, resource allocation, and reporting. o Train and mentor team members on effective use of Workfront Fusion and related tools. 5. Governance and Compliance: o Ensure that all integrations and workflows comply with organizational policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations. o Establish governance frameworks to manage updates, enhancements, and change requests for Workfront Fusion solutions. 6. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated on the latest Adobe Workfront Fusion features, updates, and industry trends. o Proactively identify and propose opportunities to leverage Workfront Fusion for enhanced efficiency and innovation. Note - Resource needs to ready for F2F Intv at IBM location based on account request and Day 1 reporting from DOJ.
