We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic B2B Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, particularly on LinkedIn. Our ideal candidate has B2B experience or has worked in a Digital Agency and handles B2B clients. You are highly. motivated, an excellent communicator, an upbeat, solution-oriented, goal-driven, and hands-on Sr. Digital professional with demonstrated experience in analyzing and improving marketing funnels and conversion rates. The primary focus of the role is to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. You will manage campaigns from end-to-end, from developing marketing plans to securing partnerships to budgeting to campaign execution to post-campaign reporting. Essential Skills Devise data-driven strategies for lead generation, sales conversions, and brand awareness. Plan, execute, and monitor LinkedIn paid campaigns. Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including Website, email, Social Media, SEO/SEM, PPC retargeting, display & search advertising campaigns, as well as daily monitoring and management. Optimize the website for online traffic, speed, and domain authority. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager. Plan, execute, monitor, and analyze Email campaigns. Develop and implement strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Manage social media channels and optimize content to drive engagement and improve key metrics. Provide digital and creative support to the marketing team for Events and PR and share advice based on data analytics across multiple channels. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize and research the internet and new media to reach new customers and generate leads. Display creative flair and strong attention to detail for copy, media, and marketing/PR campaign ideas. Create and publish blog posts, articles, videos, company/product information on tech/trade sites. Regular coordination with the SEO agency to improve Keyword rankings, DA, organic traffic, and reduce bounce rate. Develop plans, calendars, reports, and analyze ROI of each digital marketing initiative; continually strive to improve results. Other Essential Skills Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team. Strong experience using technology tools to support lead generation. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to gain a technical understanding of products. Create budgets, plans, calendars, and reports for all digital marketing tasks. Possesses excellent teamwork abilities. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of B2B digital marketing experience strategically managing and growing an organizations marketing funnel. Experience in a digital agency is advantageous. Minimum 1 year experience as a LinkedIn Campaign Manager. University degree in marketing or equivalent marketing qualifications (previous agency experience would be an asset). Strong familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Ahref, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Zoho). Experience in design tools like Photoshop & Canva would be an asset. Mastery of Excel, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, and automation tools. Proficient in using WordPress CMS and basic HTML coding. Education Qualification Graduate University degree in marketing or equivalent marketing qualifications (IT Background preferred) Post Graduate MBA in Marketing/Digital Marketing (completed or pursuing) Location India (Mumbai
