The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights to the team to drive business growth. Qualifications Thorough understanding of the ocean and air freight forwarding processes and logistics Proven experience in sales or business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Goal-oriented attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and capability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Logistics, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
