Job Description

TCS is hiring for Passenger Revenue Accounting - Refunds Role!!!

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Domain Requirements:

Well versed with PNR reading which includes PNR, PNR history and interpretation of remarks.
IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred
Fare Filing & Fare auditing Knowledge Preferable not mandatory
Refunds knowledge / Calculating Refunds / Processing Refund Rules
Refunds Processing via BSP / ARC / GDS
GDS knowledge
Refunds related experience via any Travel Agency / Airline / GDS / Travel Portal / Refunds Back office Process
Information of non-refundable taxes and how to read/interpret tax information in Amadeus.
Ability to work on Amadeus PNR cases and refund request from BSP link.

Additional Skill Requirements:

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of tickets issued with various Form of payments on ticket like CASH/CC

- Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications

- Need to know the general procedure over refund/ Under refund cases.

- Ability to handle all types of refund calculations for exchange/part/downgrade.

- Willing to work in shifts
