Job Overview : We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an entry-level Insurance Underwriter focusing on non-employee benefits insurance. The role involves assessing insurance applications, analyzing risks, and making informed decisions on policy approvals. _Only female applicants Applicants only from Delhi_ Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating insurance applications for non-employee benefits such as property, casualty, liability, or other non-benefit policies. Review insurance documents, applications, and supporting data to determine risk factors and potential liabilities. Conduct research and analysis on various risk factors including property valuation, location, industry trends, and other relevant information. Work collaboratively with senior underwriters to assess and price insurance policies accurately. Learn and understand company underwriting guidelines, policies, and industry regulations. Assist in maintaining accurate. records and documentation related to underwriting decisions and processes. Communicate effectively with insurance agents, brokers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve queries. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and learn underwriting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of insurance concepts or relevant internships/coursework is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
