Job Title: Advent Platform Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Advent Platform Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in .NET and SQL development, specifically focused on Advent implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of trade life cycle management, API integrations, and wealth/trading systems, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end Advent system implementations.
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET and SQL aligned with Advent workflows.
- Manage trade life cycle processes and ensure seamless system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for API development and integration.
- Analyze, document, and implement business and technical requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Strong development experience in .NET and SQL.
- Deep knowledge of Advent platform and trading system architectures.
- Familiarity with trading protocols such as FIX, EMSX, TSOX.
- Exposure to systems like SAXO, Bloomberg, SWIFT, Reuters.
- Experience in business analysis and system implementation in trading environments.
Functional Skills:
- Solid background in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
- Proven ability to follow coding standards, unit testing, and documentation practices.
- Agile development methodology experience.
- Focus on high-quality deliverables and system stability.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and executives.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and mentor junior team members.
