Job Description

What your day would look like:


Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard new marketplace partners aligned with our embedded finance vision. Leverage your industry knowledge to establish a diverse network of partners or lenders that enhance our platform's value proposition.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies.Understand their business objectives, pain points, and opportunities to tailor our offerings for mutual benefit.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless partner integration, alignment of goals, and effective communication.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans, outlining strategies to maximize partner engagement,revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies.

Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success and monitor progress against these metrics. Provide regular reports to internal leadership on partnership performance and areas for improvement.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any partner-related issues or concerns promptly to maintain healthy relationships and uphold our company's reputation.

Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the fintech and embedded finance space. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for our product and partnership strategies.


EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS


What you need to work with us:

  • Deep understanding of embedded finance, marketplace dynamics, and the broader fintech ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and build lasting relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with SaaS-based platforms and API-driven products is a must
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.

Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in account management, partnership management, or business development roles within the fintech, financial services or technology industry.
