Track & Report:
Track and report performance on existing metrics and establish new metrics/ leading indicators to better portray past and future performance
Highlight what is working well, and what needs improvement.
Control: Manage spends by driving financial discipline in the function while balancing growth
Execute: Work with stakeholders to help execute the drawn out plan in order to achieve company goals - growth and profitability
Stakeholder Management: Leading discussions with respective stakeholders on improving growth and profitability and to drive other initiatives
Skills
Strong problem solving skill and good business understanding
Experience in Tableau, SQL, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets would be preferred
Effective Communicator and Collaborator - good at stakeholder management
Should be a self starter and should be able to proactively think and execute
Persona
CA and/or MBA from a reputed institute
Experience with Banking/NBFC or Equity research is preferred
7-10 years experience - preferably in business finance/ partnering role
