Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking and Employee Referrals
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
• Experience negotiating compensation and bring closure of a potential applicant
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Willing to work on tight deadlines

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to self-learn

Location - Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 3

Work Mode- Working from Office

Shift Timings - General shift.
