Role & responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding SIM card inquiries, activations, upgrades, and plan details, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided. Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored SIM card plans and services, aiming to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints related to SIM card services, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to enhance retention.

Preferred candidate profile

Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding SIM card inquiries, activations, upgrades, and plan details, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided.
Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored SIM card plans and services, aiming to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints related to SIM card services, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to enhance retention.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SIM card plans, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and retention process.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
