JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Web Focus reports, dashboard and Adhoc solutions with end-to-end designer expertise from development to deployment/ maintenance.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data. Transform analyses into concrete, actionable recommendations to drive decision-making.
Responsible for query performance tuning and ETL (extract, transform, and load) in order to troubleshoot issues with dashboard.
Self-starter with proven innovation skills.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and all levels of management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years of Web focus development experience in implementing reporting solutions
In-depth working knowledge of Web FOCUS 8.xx, Masterfile, managed reporting, BI Dashboard.
Report Caster, HTML5, Javascript and Cascading style sheet (CSS) for creating and interfacing Web FOCUS reports.
In depth understanding of Business Intelligence solutions for Customers.
Experience on developing interactive reports, complex visualization development, use of parameters, report optimization, Security configuration including user / group setup, permissions and security roles in Web FOCUS.
Strong knowledge of SQL server and of the database technologies like DWH, ETL, Vault, Star Schema
Design and develop new BI Dashboards, Web FOCUS reports using AppStudio/ DevStudio/ InfoAssist.
Configure & Schedule Web FOCUS jobs using Report Castor and shell script.
Assist in configuring Web FOCUS environment(s) and Implementing Application Security
Exposure in integrating / custom development like HTML5 CSS D3 ESRI high charts etc. will be a plus
BTech or MTech in Computer Science, MCA with at least 60% throughout academics.
