• Should flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shift with 6 days working.
• Should have 1 to 4 years of overall experience in those as a Desktop Engineer 1 year on-paper.
• Should have Hands on experience on - End user support/Backup recovery//Troubleshooting/Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Windows Patching/SCCM/Symantec/Ticketing tools/Blue Dum Error/Password Reset/Antivirus/Windows Server.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot voice-related issues, both hardware and software, Having knowledge of Telephony Gateway, IPPBX, IPPhone
• Graduation Mandate
• Good communication skills.
