Understanding the job requirements and identifying the skills and qualifications needed for a specific IT position.

Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract, source, and recruit top IT talent. Meeting with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies.

Evaluating and identifying staffing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools.

Ensuring the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
