Senior Engineer - Production Support & Technical Services @ Maximus Infoware

Job Description

• Making the Services/Applications live on Production in conjunction with Infra/Application team.
• Monitoring Transactions Services of different channels of customers/bank
• Day to day activities i.e., Importing logs, processing logs.
• Tallying and generating reports
• Client coordination and follow-up.
• Functional and UAT testing
• Documentation i.e., RCAs, SOPs, User Manuals, Flow Charts etc.
• Application Support Activity for Clients and Internal Stake Holders. Make application setup ready for DR drill and ensure successful completion of same by coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Network/Server/Database Configurations and Installation Activities.
• Should be ready to work in shifts as per roster.

• Experience from Banking/Digital payment domain preferred
