Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Marketing Executive!
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services across multiple platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the creation of engaging content for marketing collateral such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and blogs.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, brand initiatives, and promotional events.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as well.
