Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR professional to join our team as an HR Executive. This position requires a candidate with 4-6 years of experience within the IT industry in HR generalist activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Required Experience: 4-6 Years
Job Location: Pune
Education Qualification: MBA (HR) or a related degree from a reputed university.  (Distance learning doesnt qualify.)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  • Conducts background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
  • Sound experience of working with HRMS
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support employee well-being programs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and work on the assigned positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records

Requirements:

  • Must have a full-time MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist activities, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with various sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
