Job Description

Profile: Patient Care Executive/ Client Coordinator.

Location: Thane, Panaji, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the Patients entry into the Clinic, to their exit.
• Interact with & Counsel Patients.
• Handle Patients grievances/Complaints/Issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
• Create, Maintain & Update Patients Database on a regular basis.
• Efficient Management of Front Desk.
• Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.
• Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.
• Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.
• Responsible for Bill making.
• Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep the clinic.

Working hour: 10 AM To 7 PM.(Mandatory working on weekends, Rotational week off & 6 days working).
Kindly note: Personal phones are not allowed during the working hour.
