JOB DESCRIPTION: AMC Sales Manager

Progility Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading systems integrator in the field of communications and collaboration systems for corporate and government customers in India. With a 25+ years track record and 15+ large customers across India, the company is now set to embark on a new phase of growth and organizational development, and we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AMC Sales Manager to drive the sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for our integrated Voice, AV and managed Service. The base location will be Mumbai.

Objectives of this role:

As AMC Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales activities, leading deals from qualification to closure for complex, integrated deals. This is your chance to shape opportunities, paving the way for groundbreaking negotiations with top-level executives, including CXOs and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in solution selling within a SI environment and will be responsible for managing the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure -focused on service renewals and upselling/cross-selling support contracts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term sustainable customer relationships with CXOs. This role will have a travel component of upto 50% pan India.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and plan for AMC Solution AV, Voice, Collab, Managed Services, Cyber Security & Surveillance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for AMC and managed services. Engage with existing clients to renew and upgrade AMCs.
  • Collaborate with project and service delivery teams to prepare and present AMC proposals.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor AMC offerings accordingly. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with OEMs/vendors when required to structure AMC solutions. Generate sales forecasts and track AMC revenue targets.
  • Prepare pricing models, quotations, and commercial terms for AMC deals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of AMC clients, contracts, and renewal schedule.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales objectives through effective use of direct and extended team resources.
  • Foster and facilitate a team environment which intersects empowerment with accountability. Interact with CXO Suite, the CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and IT Directors.

Required Skills:

  • 7-10 years of rich experience in Sales of AMC Solutions for innovation led solutions Like Audio/ Video/Data, Managed Services, Cyber Security and Surveillance along with strong connections with Customers, OEM partners and supply chain management partners.
  • Overall strong experience in AMC/service contracts and should have technology Solution background to target across the country for listed named accounts for Large Enterprise.
  • Work closely with technical and service delivery teams to ensure that AMC services are delivered according to customer expectations.
  • Should have a solid customer stakeholder connects across the region and even PAN India with customers / prospects. Strong understanding of system integration services and maintenance contracts.
  • Oversee Contract renewal and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure both customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and complex deals. This would include end to end solution development and execution of large/complex deals and proposals.

Background and Experience:

  • Candidates with Engineering and Management education, with 7-10 yrs. Of experience in AMC sales, preferably in a system integration or IT services company.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners. Proven ability to sell service-based solutions and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
