Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring for frontline sales roles across multiple locations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower needs and deliver within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Drive campus hiring, walk-ins, and hiring events to meet high-volume targets.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fitment and role readiness.
- Ensure monthly hiring targets of 5060 closures are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and daily trackers.
- Build and manage a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth joining and documentation.
- Partner with external vendors and recruitment agencies when necessary.
- Work on improving sourcing strategies and reducing TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and compliance norms.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of sales profiles and hiring dynamics.
- Hands-on experience in bulk and volume hiring.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Strong communication,stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Data-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 45 years of proven experience in bulk sales hiring or mass recruitment.
