Skill: Social Media Intern , trainee , Social Media Manager; Exp: 0-1 years; Madrid Software is looking for a highly creative Social Media Intern. Candidate should have a good exposure with Video Editing tools. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.Role and Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer service experience. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Linkedln Set up. and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
