About The Department Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. Intelligent Automation CoE (IA CoE) department leads a key IT innovation initiative in DD&IT responsible for the Automation mandate in NN using key cutting edge technologies such as RPA, Chatbots, Low Code Platforms, & AI based use cases. The Position As a Project Manager, you are in charge to drive Citizen Development initiatives across Novo Nordisk globally. It includes, Driving Power Platform usage across Line of. Business with understanding the new features introduced in the product upgrades. Manage project according to NovoNordisk governance model, procedures, and ability to create business improvements in the entire organization service Management. Responsible for operation and maintenance of the existing application with deployment of new application while optimising capacity management of developers to ensure shared load between the development and operations. Communicating with stakeholders at all levels for internal reporting on on-going projects improvement, application performance and keep the application audit ready to represent to auditors or inspectors. Responsible for high quality vendor delivery, setting -up KPI while managing the contracts, budget, and vendor setup. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, or similar qualification. 7+ years in Information Technology with relevant 3+years experience in Project Management. Proven track record of Global stakeholder management. Work experience in different domain is an advantage. Worked in Large Organisation initiative (change management or Communication management). Demonstrate pro-activeness and task ownership. PMP/CSM certified (Nice to have). Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & Written). Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry will be helpful.
