Company Description Our firm is having presecnce at Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Surat and expanding rapidly. we deal in mid-sized corporates and provides end to end service ranging from taxation, valuation, compliances to public issues. we have a strong team of young and dynamic professionals working for few of the most emerging corporates of the region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Surat or Mumbai. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, managing Board and Committee meetings, and providing advice and guidance to senior management on legal and regulatory matters. The Company Secretary will work closely with senior management to ensure that the company's legal and regulatory standard are met from time to time. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment. senior ICSI members who have been. retired from large corporate will be given preference. Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and compliance procedures Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Versed in corporate governance matters Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Professional certification such as ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) is mandatory
