We're looking for a Principal Business Systems Analyst (R2R) - Oracle ERP Cloud This role is Office Based Principal Business Systems Analyst (R2R) - Oracle ERP Cloud Cornerstone is looking for a Principal Finance Systems Analyst (Oracle Cloud Financials) who will provide domain, and functional expertise required to support Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules specifically in Record to Report domain areas including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management , Close & Consolidation. This role will be responsible for delivering day to day production support as well as enhancements on the Oracle cloud Financials platform. In this role you will Define, design, assess and improve the solutions that provide the business capabilities and end-to-end value to users and stakeholders and maximizes end user adoption. Consult with business partners, domestically and globally, to gather requirements and provide application design, configuration, module set up as well as production support . Support Record-to-Report process through the support and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications Work with end users to resolve day to day Production issues and support SOX audits. Lead the review, validation and testing of quarterly upgrade functionalities in Oracle Cloud applications, and help the users understand/adapt them. Create detailed process flows, develop BIP/OTBI reports, security setups, testing/training documents. Assist with testing/validation of changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs prior to release to production. Manage and maintain all integrations in and out of Oracle ERP Ensure thorough documentation is maintained for SOPs as well as functional documentation for Projects & Enhancements. Build test cases to cover business processes and system functions; execute tests; analyze, resolve defects of all financial applications. Train users in new features of the financial applications. Work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds Work with technical team in design, testing, and deployment of customizations and reports Work with Oracle Support by raising service request tickets and ensuring that these are updated and resolved Conduct training, demonstrations, or presentations on solution options or new functionalities. You Have What It Takes If You Have A bachelors degree in Finance, information technology, computer science related field or equivalent experience. A strong understanding of Financial Accounting processes is key to this position 8- 10 years years of Progressive experience in IT mostly working on ERP solutions. 6+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP Finance Cloud General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Risk Management, Tax, Accounts Payables, Expenses, COA Management. Additional modules like Subscriptions, Revenue and collections is a big plus Experience in FCCS and ePBCS is preferred Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups. Good working experience of SQL, PL/SQL Knowledgeable in writing approval rules and configuring DFFs & EFFs. Knowledge in Data Loading/Conversions using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) Experience with capturing and documenting business and systems requirements, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing and training. Knowledge of technologies, languages, and architectures like Functional Setup Manager (FSM), Application Development Framework Data Integration (ADFDI), File Based Data Import (FBDI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) Report development, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Software as a Service / Platform as a Service (SaaS and PaaS), Smart View / and Fusion Reporting Studio (FRS).
