Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Executive with a strong background in Microsoft Navision (ERP). The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Navision solutions. The role requires a candidate with a solid educational background in Engineering or Computer Science, complemented by a deep understanding of ERP systems and a passion for driving efficiency through technology. Location: Powai, Mumbai Designation: Software Executive Microsoft Navision (ERP) Key Responsibilities: 1.Microsoft Navision Implementation: Lead and actively. participate in the successful implementation of Microsoft Navision ERP solutions. Configure and customize Navision modules to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Navision with existing systems. 2.System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Microsoft Navision, addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed Stay abreast of updates and enhancements to Navision and implement relevant changes to optimize system performance. 3.Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Microsoft Navision features. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Navision configurations, processes, and procedures. 4.Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including department heads and IT teams, to understand business needs and translate them into effective Navision solutions. Collaborate with external consultants or vendors as required for specialized expertise or support. 5.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the ERP system and recommend and implement enhancements. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to ERP systems. Qualification: Experience: 2-3 years of hands on experience in using Microsoft Navision (ERP) Academic Qualification: Computer Science / Engineering Skill Sets: Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and configurations. Proficient in customizing and configuring Microsoft Navision to meet business requirements. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Continuous learner with a proactive approach to staying updated on technology trends
