: Client info : Our Client is a Large, multiphase and multi dimensional concern headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal with over 3 decades of Reliability and Trust, having manufacturing activities in: Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphuric Acid (LABSA) ,PP/HDPE Woven sacks/bags, Jute& textile Mills Machinery & spares, Industrial Jute bags and Jute Diversified Products Including shopping bags, Detergents, Fertilizers, HDPE Card Cans & Box Springs Job description: Responsibilities in IR and compliance * Oversee statutory compliance as applicable under law for all factories & establishment of the company. Reduce gap between desired and actual status Update monthly status through MIS Train unit HR on routine renewals and record maintenance Oversee regular worker induction. attendance & wage management issues. Maintain healthy IR relation Regular interaction with worker union & other interested parties Liaison with local administrative bodies Police, Municipality, Corporation, Political teams Implement a grievance redressal mechanism through unit HR Attend to Industrial Dispute in concurrence with legal team Conduct internal audits on Health & Safety If you are interested for the same profile kindly REPLY this mail with your latest CV ASAP.
