Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complete site execution of residential high-rise buildings using MIVAN aluminium formwork technology.
- Prepare and implement detailed execution schedules, ensuring alignment with master project timelines.
- Oversee structural, finishing, external development, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, planning, procurement, and MEP teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor and manage contractor performance, labor deployment, and productivity.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to statutory norms at site.
- Review and verify contractor bills, DPRs, and site documentation.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely snagging, de-snagging, and final handover of units.
- Address and resolve site-level execution issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Manage material planning, inventory control, and usage monitoring, especially related to MIVAN works.
