Job Description

Greetings from Sutherland !!!

We are hiring for International Non Voice Process. We are looking for Freshers who want to start and build their career with us.

NOTE: Must have decent communication skills. Looking for an immediate joiner

Responsibilities:

Handle Customer queries through Chat / Email.

Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.

Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.

Stay updated with product information and company policies.

Required qualifications:

Educational Qualification : +2(Graduation not mandatory)

Flexible to work from office on rotational night shifts.
