Designation: Communication Manager Location: Ahmedabad Qualification & Experience: A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field is typically required. 5-6 Years experience in communication roles, particularly within the social development sector or related fields. Skills: Strategic Communication Media Relations Social Media Management Writing and Editing Crisis Communication Multimedia Production Community Engagement Collaboration and Teamwork Language and Cultural Sensitivity Responsibilities: 1. Communication for Enterprises Develop and polish style guidelines for enterprises Design online and offline marketing collaterals Handle SEO and boost organic traffic Track website analytics Set up a system for Customer Relationship Management for each enterprise: Track buyer drop-offs, website visits, abandoned carts, customer education and more. Think objective-oriented marketing Strategy. planning and execution of Federation and sister organisation Relationship building and coordination with the press. Communication with external partners including funders to develop funding opportunities. Participate in the management team as and when required. Review the reports of Federation including language, content and design. 2. Website content for enterprises Write/proofread product descriptions and other coordinates for enterprise websites Appropriate template design for Enterprise websites Business-oriented messaging for websites. Bear in mind, these are profit-seeking businesses. The messaging should be such. Commissioning projects for product photography and videography as required. 3. Digital Marketing for Enterprises Preside over Social Media for Enterprises. Strategize and execute Design online marketing content and collaterals (posts, infographics, stories) wherever necessary Plan marketing collaterals for maximum impact: Advice on marketing collaterals development for enterprises: 4. Design and develop key communication assets Follow and refine the organization /enterprises style guidelines to develop assets as required May include logos, report formats, presentation formats, signboards, letterheads, podcast and newsletters etc 5. Maintain a repository of communications assets Photos, videos, design assets, media articles, case studies 6. Capacity Building Build capacity within the enterprises to handle digital marketing themselves Identify women and conduct regular training sessions Organize training sessions for enterprises other than the chosen enterprises, to promote peer learning Capacity building of communication team.
