Monitor and analyze online conversations and mentions of the brand across various platforms and channels Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's online reputation and manage any potential negative publicity Engage with customers and stakeholders on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image Create and curate content that promotes the brand's values and resonates with its target audience Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align online reputation management efforts with overall brand messaging Conduct regular audits and report on the brand's online reputation metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online reputation management to continuously improve strategies and tactics Coordinate with agencies and partners, oversee implementation of plans, and ensure all necessary deliverables are met within specified timelines and up to expected quality Minimum 5-8 years experience in content creation and management Well-versed in new media, web, and social media content tools and Gen AI will add advantage Good communication and networking skills, creativity, adaptability, team player and effective management skill
