Role and responsibilities

Position-Hr recruiter

Working Time-9.30 am till 6.30 pm
Saturday-9 to 3 pm (mostly WFH)

JD-
sourcing the candidates from different portals according to the clients requirements. Prepare detailed job descriptions and eye-catching job posts for various platforms, including Naukri,Linked In, and other portals. Leverage social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) and databases, along with innovative headhunting strategies, to reach relevant candidates effectively. Screen incoming resumes, proactively identify potential candidates, and engage in initial outreach and communication. Coordinate and conduct phone screenings, assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, & fit for the roles. Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring seamless communication with candidates .
Knowledge of Excel, microsoft office
