Job Summary:The Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery process of healthcare staffing solutions. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruitment and placement of qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the US healthcare industry, a proven track record in staffing management, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment managers to ensure high performance and. achievement of targets. - Provide guidance and support to team members in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals. 2. Recruitment Strategy: Taking care of end-to-end recruitment delivery. - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals. - Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. 3.
