Salary Slab: INR 15,000-25,000 PER MONTH Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a customer sales and support based in Bengaluru. The person will be responsible for achieving sales targets by actively seeking out and engaging new customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing exemplary customer service. He will also be. responsible for selling HomeSlice's products and services, identifying market trends and customer needs, and providing feedback to the company's marketing and product development teams. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years" of relevant work experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively with a team Experience in a sales role is required Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
