Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Chennai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer. Experience skills Follow up on orders through e-commerce, social media and walk-ins.
