Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Chennai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer. Experience skills Follow up on orders through e-commerce, social media and walk-ins. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Manage day to day orders and update on the portal and the team Attention to detail and ability to think critically Experience in customer service or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field
