Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Chandigarh. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner. They will be required to maintain customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and provide. support to customers via phone, email, and chat. The Customer Service Representative may also need to coordinate with other teams or departments to escalate complex issues and provide appropriate follow-up to customers.
