Job Description

Date: Jan 5, 2024 Location: Pune Biotech, MH, IN Company: Lupin JD- 1. Preparation of GMP documents like SOPs, qualification and validation protocols, reports and other process or facility related documents for media preperation and cell culture operations. 2. Operation of disposable and stainless steel bioreactors, sub culture and cell banking operations. 3. Execution of media, feed preparation and steam sterilizer operations. 4. In- process recording of process parameters and In-process sample analysis. 5. CIP and SIP of bioreactors. 6. Continuous updation and archival of area/equipment related documents. 7. Checking of filter integrity, calibration and maintenance of pH meter, conductivity meter and osmometer. Education - M.Sc.(Biotechnology. Biochemistry, Microbiology) Experience - 1 to 3 years
