The Education Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, conducting customer service and customer acquisition activities, training customers/prospects on our solutions, providing product demos, and managing sales activities. They will also be responsible for sales management and will work closely with other team members. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers over phone, email, and in-person Customer service skills, including the ability to resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer support Experience in B2B sales and sales prospecting skills Training skills with the ability to conduct product demos and training sessions for customers and prospects Sales management skills with the ability to create and execute sales strategies. and work with other team members to achieve sales targets Proficiency with MS Office and other relevant software programs Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in the education industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
