Job Description

: As the Ecommerce Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our online sales channels, overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to achieve our online sales and brand objectives.     Key Responsibilities:   Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals. Online Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of online sales, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfilment. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive online traffic and customer engagement. Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience on our e-commerce platforms, from website design and user experience to customer support. Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of professionals, including marketing specialists, web developers, and customer support personnel. Vendor and Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and third-party service providers. Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for the ecommerce department, ensuring cost-effective strategies and initiatives. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify market opportunities and potential risks.
