1. Lead the EUC (End User Computing) team and provide advanced technical support across all locations.
2. Act as Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the Service Desk and Asset teams; work closely with team leads to ensure alignment and resolution of technical concerns.
3. Provide technical escalation support and guidance to L1 and L2 engineers.
4. Handle VIP user issues, major incidents, and critical ticket closures.
5. Troubleshoot and support multiple platforms including Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS.
6. Support developer tool setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
7. Lead and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and implement IT solutions.
8. Interface with OEMs/vendors for hardware-related escalations and approvals.
9. Maintain compliance with IT policies, approved software lists, and endpoint security tools.
10. Prepare and ensure timely monthly closure of:

• Security advisory reports
• CIVN (Change/Infra Validation Notes)
• Compliance data and audits
• Ad-hoc technical activities and tasks

11. Manage and maintain software inventory over FTP, ensuring version control and availability.

12. Monitor and ensure SLA/TAT adherence across all teams and report performance dashboards to stakeholders.

13. Act as SPOC for technical escalations, internal coordination, and business interactions.
