Job Title : Sr. Manager/Associate VP Syndication Location : Mumbai Reporting Head : DVP - Syndication CTC - Up to 15 Lac + Variables Role and Responsibilities : 1. Syndication of long- term and short- term debt and designing, financing and implementing structured products. 2. Maintaining and enhancing business quality and relationship with Corporate, banks and Financial Institutions. 3. Conducting due diligence of the proposals, negotiations and finalization of term sheets. 4. Developing the client base and maintaining relationship with existing clients. 5. Preparing and reviewing information memorandums, financial models and complete legal documentation. 6. Researching and analyzing clients" financial profile and market dynamics to assist in the identification of potential opportunities. 7. Assisting in compilation of data to meet the lender's requirement 8. Creating and maintaining a database of comparable transactions. 9. Assisting in the maintenance of accurate deal. pipeline reporting and the ongoing monitoring of portfolio and budget tracking 10. Closing mandates independently. Qualifications and Education Requirements : Post Graduate/MBA/CA Preferred Skills : . 3+ years of working experience in the corporate banking/valuation space. Knowledge of Syndicated Loans and debt capital market products. Trained in financial modelling Ability to close mandates independently. Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships.
